Today, Communications Director of Here4TheKids

welcomes Nour Alqaddumi and Layan Alnajjar. Both are recent graduates from the University of Connecticut. Layan graduated in 2023 with a major in Marketing and a minor in Digital Marketing and Analytics. Nour graduated this year with a prelaw degree.

They were both active in U-CONN’s Students for Justice in Palestine chapters and the Connecticut Palestine Society.

They are also co-founders of We Will Return, a nonprofit that provides essential humanitarian relief, fosters social activism, and promotes education for Palestinian families.

They discuss the student protests, global oppression, and what solidarity with the Palestinian community looks like.
